Note: Ernest Guigli & Sons, Inc. is a union contractor. Equipment operators and laborers are hired exclusively from union locals with jurisdiction over the current project or in conjunction with the union’s “fair percentage and mobility” clause. As such, the hiring of equipment operators and laborers is coordinated with the business agents of the union locals, which preside over the location of the construction site. The following employment opportunities are not bound by contract to be exclusively union, however, union applicants are welcome. Applicants must be highly motivated individuals with a willingness to grow their professional experience through learning and contributing to our daily operations. Four years secondary education is preferred, but not required, for all positions.
