Lucy Corticelli Celebrates 25 Years with
Ernest Guigli & Sons, Inc.

On Saturday, October 21st, friends family, and colleagues of Office Manager, Lucy Corticelli celebrated her 25th year with Ernest Guigli & Sons, Inc. Over 40 employees gathered at the Hopkinton Country Club, Hopkinton, MA for the surprise gala.

Originally from Tuscany, Lucy was offered a position as the company’s first secretary in March of 1981 at the office in Wellesley, MA. In 1996, following the relocation of the company to Natick, Lucy was promoted to Office Manager. Since then, she has been responsible for human resources, expense tracking, and general management of all office personnel.

Ernesto Guigli, Chairman of the Board, reflected upon Mrs. Corticelli’s employment, comparing Lucy as nothing shy of an angel, “When I wasn’t there; the office was always in good hands.” Robert Guigli built upon his praise describing Lucy as “pleasant, caring, accurate, and diligent.”

Mrs. Corticelli holds the third longest tenure of all current full time employees in the firm. Master Mechanic, Herbert Cutler celebrated his 34th year this past spring, and President Robert E. Guigli just entered into his 27th year at the company.

Lucy and her husband Lou celebrated her 25th year of employment at HCC on Saturday, October 21, 2006.
