Every construction project has its share of unknowns.  At Ernest Guigli & Sons, Inc. we recognize the need to deal with these challenges on an ad-hoc basis, before they propagate into costly change orders.  That is why we employ full-time project engineers to interpret site plans, complete design revisions, and handle “design-build” specifications.  By investing in these full time positions, we can save our clients time and money by avoiding costly changes.  By possessing the capability to handle these issues as they arise in the field, we can propose a variety of comprehensive solutions to the General Contractor.

As a site contractor, we feel it is our responsibility to conduct our field survey work with the utmost care.  Our industry leading computerized surveying equipment and trained surveying technicians provide our site superintendents with precise and accurate layout and reference for our crews.  Once the site is complete, our surveying team provides “As Builts” through an effective medium for future reference.  Where applicable, our “As Builts” are fully compliant with state and local regulations.  We offer a variety of complete solutions, including full scale plan plots, and computer aided design files (CAD) to be stored electronically.
